The business set to close because of the Cecil Ashburn Road shutdown is now staying open, but the owner says they need your help.
The owner of the Jones Valley Jimmy John’s hopes the community will show up for the restaurants and shops losing business during the road shutdown. He decided the investment in his businesses was too great to not wait out the road closure.
Owner Matt Kritzer is bracing for lower sales until the road is completed next May and he’s asking for your help.
“What we’re really hoping is that the community of Huntsville will rally behind us and these other businesses here in the Jones Valley that have been so negatively impacted,” Kritzer said. “It’s affecting all of us and it’s just a few extra minutes to drive over here and enjoy the many restaurants, including ours.”
Other business owners including the owner of Anaheim Chili say they’ve also had their sales impacted.
