There is something magical about having a real Christmas tree.

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. — "Everybody is trying to get that Christmas cheer this year, with the snow and everything the other day we had a lot of people even actually out in the cold. One family said "this is just magical," we wanna walk through your lot and look at all the different trees and let the kids experience that real Christmas Hallmark movie feeling," said Michaela Daughdrill, Manager at the Providence lot for Shell's Christmas Tree Farm.

And the trees are selling like hot cakes, but more are arriving on Friday, Dec.4.

"We started with 114 trees and within two days we were already ready to restock," said Daughdrill.

There are two types of Christmas trees that you can pick from at the lot located in Providence: the Fraser fir and the Leyland cypress. They also come in a range of sizes, so depending on your preference, you can go big or keep it a bit smaller this year when it comes to the tree you pick.

"We've had a lot of families pretty consistently on the lot, all throughout this week and last week, trying to get some kind of happy this year," said Daughdrill.

Now obviously, this isn't the only way to make Christmas very merry this year but there is something magical about having a real Christmas tree in your home during the holidays.
