Jordan Dressman is the Chief Meteorologist with FOX54 News.

Jordan joined the FOX54 team in March of 2018 as the weekend meteorologist before stepping into the Chief role in May of 2019. Before FOX54 Jordan spent just over two years as a meteorologist at KMVT in Twin Falls, ID. While the west was fun and the scenery couldn’t be beaten, Jordan is excited to be closer to friends and family and in an area with more active weather.

Jordan grew up in the small town of St. Marys, Ohio before heading to Starkville Mississippi to attend college at Mississippi State University. At MSU Jordan earned a degree in Geoscience with a concentration in Meteorology. It’s at Mississippi State where Jordan produced the Campus Connect forecast with his classmates.

It may come as a bit of a surprise that Jordan didn’t always want to be a meteorologist, and as a kid was actually scared of active weather. It wasn’t until Jordan was in high school that he made his final decision on meteorology and he’s never looked back.

When not forecasting, Jordan loves running though he’ll never claim to be a marathon runner and he loves SEC football. He also loves new adventures and is open to any and all ideas.
