HUNTSVILLE, Ala. — Jasamine Byrd is a multi-skilled journalist for FOX54 News in Huntsville, AL. She is from Athens, Alabama and has a passion for storytelling and writing.
She graduated in 2022 from Oakwood University in Huntsville, Alabama with a B.A. in communication media and a minor in music. During her senior year at Oakwood, she worked as a Broadcast Announcer and Social Media Assistant at her college radio station (WJOU Praise 90.1 FM).
Jasamine is most excited to serve her community and share the eye opening stories of everyone in it!
