Nominate your Valley's First Responder

They are the first people on the scene when trouble comes. Whether it's a car accident, a fire, or a health emergency, when you are in trouble, they are the heroes that come to the rescue.

Wettermark Keith and WZDX want to salute our local First Responders. We invite residents of the Tennessee Valley to nominate a worthy first responder to be featured on the WZDX News and on our family of stations throughout the month.

Qualifying first responders should be active members of emergency service organizations within the WZDX viewing area. They may be paid or volunteers. Emergency service organizations include police departments, sheriff departments, fire departments, ambulance services and other emergency response/rescue services. The nomination essay should include the name of the individual being nominated and explain why they are deserving of the award.

Thank you for being part of this exciting program as we honor those who serve our communities.
