HUNTSVILLE, Alabama — In the midst of the most unique season in program history, Alabama A&M Athletics turns its eye to the fall with the announcement of the 2021 home football schedule, a slate that includes new and traditional opponents among five games at Louis Crews Stadium.

"We are really excited for this upcoming season," said Alabama A&M Director of Athletics Bryan Hicks. "The schedule is loaded with competitive balance between new opponents and traditional rivalries that will be great fun for the Bulldog Faithful. With all the challenges from this past year, we are ready for some football at Louis Crews Stadium!"

That schedule will kickoff on September 4 as the Bulldogs host South Carolina State in the Louis Crews Classic before back-to-back weekends at home in the middle of October. The first of those will feature a visit from Deion Sanders' Jackson State squad for Homecoming on October 9.

The following week will see new Southwestern Athletic Conference (SWAC) member Florida A&M visit Huntsville on October 16 for the first league game between the two storied programs. A&M fans will then have to wait until November 6 for their next chance to see the Bulldogs at home as Mississippi Valley State comes to town.

Alabama A&M will then wrap up the home season on November 20 as they welcome Arkansas-Pine Bluff to Louis Crews Stadium.

"We are extremely excited about just playing at home again in front of our fans," said head coach Connell Maynor. "We have a tough schedule next year but we look forward to the challenge and we will be ready."

The remainder of the schedule will be announced at a later date and fans can purchase tickets for the traditional Fall 2021 season online at www.AAMUTix.com beginning on Tuesday, April 6.
