ATHENS, Ala. — More COVID-19 testing is now available in Athens.
Athens - Limestone Hospital has opened a COVID Clinic at 1005 West Market Street Ste. #7 Professional Plaza. Hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. No appointment or doctor referral are necessary and walk-ins are welcome.
A drive-up testing event will be held on Thursday, July 30 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Central North Alabama Health Services, Inc. is providing a drive-up COVID-19 testing event for the public at Athens Family Health Center, 1005 W. Market St., St. B
The testing is offered to everyone, symptomatic or not. It's free to the uninsured with no co-payment for those with insurance. No appointment or physician's order required. Have your ID and insurance card (if you have one) with you.
